Many Uighurs, in South "Xinjiang", still drinks polluted dirty pool water in winters. Uighurs, in the South, used to drink clean running waters which come from springs and melting snows in high montain ranges untill mid 1990s. However, the government supported mass Chinese migrants led to the increase of environment-hostile citizens in the region which caused the complete pollusion of running watters. The government, with the help of World Bank, partly solved the problem making the people drink untreated underground water. However, in some regions, the corrupted officials used the money for the water for their private benifits. As it is the case, the people have the pipes and taps but not water.
Uighurs kids, in the countryside, are contrating water-born deseases and mortality rate is remaining very high. The life expectency of Uighurs is decreasing sharply. Uighur, in the villages, are not benifited from governments funds for medication and health. They are being experimented in major hospitals. They are spending all of their life time saving to be experimented. Presently, many Uighurs started to understand this and refusing to go to hospitals for medication.
