Satirical cartoons of Islam's Prophet Mohammed were protested in Turkey and around the world.
Norwegian and Danish flags along with the Danish goods were torched in the protests following the Friday's prayer in Iraq and Muslims chanted slogans, "Death to the US and Denmark".
Muslims in Britain marched to the Danish Embassy in the capital, London.
In France, Muslims agreed to bring a case against the French newspaper re-printing the insulting caricatures while Muslims in Germany started a signature campaign to deliver to the Danish and Norwegian embassies. Several Pakistani and Egyptian Muslims harshly showed reaction to Denmark and France.
On Friday, there were numerous demonstrations in Southeastern Asia as well. Malaysian protestors convened at the Danish embassy while Singapore Council of Islam condemned the newspapers reprinting these cartoons, "They say this is a test of freedom of expression; but their true intention is to fury the Muslims."
The participants in Indonesian capital Jakarta set the Danish flag on fire after occupying the Danish embassy entrance.
Syrian protestors requesting Copenhagen to call the newspaper publishing the cartoons, Jyllands Posten, to account for initiating the caricature crisis called to boycott the Danish goods.
Protests were organized in Turkey while Greek, Armenian and Jewish leaders also denigrated the caricatures.
Anger against caricatures of Islam's prophet was expressed across the Islamic world Saturday, with believers calling for executions, storming European facilities and setting European flags afire.
In Damascus, thousands of outraged Syrian protestors stormed the Danish and Norwegian embassies, setting fire to both buildings. According to the AP, police used tear gas and water cannons to disperse demonstrators at the Norwegian Embassy after the Danish building was burned.
But the protesters broke through police barriers and set fire to the second building, shouting "Allahu Akbar!" which is Arabic for "God is great!". Fire trucks had rushed to the scene to extinguish the fire, AFP reported.
