He is courageous and perspicacious, and that's really admirable. Evidently, he also understands the limitations of his efforts in improving the lives of the Uyghurs in East Turkistan and possible consequences for speaking up against the people like Nur Bekri. Unlike the others, he is more rational than emotional in his style.

I like your use of the word "perspicacious". That word is not used as often as it should be.

I think Ilham Tohti is awesome. I wish I could thank him for inspiring me so much.
