"Ramadan (Arabic: رمضان, pronounced: /rɑmɑd̪ˤɑːn/) (also written Ramazan, Ramzan, Ramadhan, Ramdan, Ramadaan) is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar. It is the Islamic month of fasting, in which participating Muslims refrain from eating, drinking, smoking, and indulging in anything that is in excess or ill-natured;"
My question is why a few Ulghurs in Xinjiang can still attach innocent people with syringes at the month of Ramadan

My answere is that Uighur has been discouraged or forbidened from fasting in 'Xinjiang'. At work, the 'kindness' Han cardre will bring you free bottled water or tea, teaching you that religious is not good. They prepare free food at lunch watching who is not coming. If you keep fasting, they will give commen that you are too religious, which means 'less reliable','anti communism',' not comply with parties policy' etc. Those comments disqualify your ' working ability' and 'political level', those means a lot for who geting salary from Han and govenment. If you understand the Chinese policy on Uighur, you will understand the root why these things are happening.
Ramadan is not available for many Uighurs, with the risk of losing job, losing promotion, losing chances etc., still many insist on fasting and accepted being discriminated by Han coworkers, leaders and party members. Muslim Uighur in 'Xinjiang' is quite different from other islamic world. Many Uighurs from small were not allowed to learn and participate religion. Some might not fasting at all. Many Uighurs have been far from traditional muslims after the Chinese control, that is one of the angers accumulated for eruption some day. Like today.
If somebody occupied your house and shaping you with all means in order to leting you to accept that the house belong to him, you might not care if it is in Ramadon or not to fight for your house. When somebody break in during your Ramadon, you might not let them go so easily. When Han force Uighur give up their believe, education, babies, lands, homes etc. with the 'communism' way and reassign those land properties to the Hans, You might understand. If you are a real Muslim, you will not ask this question but will ask why this is happening.
My bet is you are a 'Han Chinese'. If that is true, you can teach your communist boss more about Ramadan, let him understand more about islam, so that to allow Uighur recieve religious lessons from small, that will make all of them like muslim more than like communist Han chinese. Do you think your boss will agree with you? Or, he will do the opposite way?
Uighurs are not living in a islamic country but under communist rule. They have been along in defending themselves from losing the islamic faith and their Turk identity after lost their country. If one day, when all Uighur were not muslim anymore, their fight might be a lot stronger than a syringe during Ramadan. Han is not innocent to Uighur, they occupied Uighur's land, home, properties etc. supported by their army and party. If somebody broke into your house and live with you, use all your resources and rule you based on their will, and teach his children to do the same, do you think he is innocent in Uighur's eye? My dear 'Han' friend, is that answered your question and kind 'concern'?
The fight is not triggered by Uighur but by Han! The safty for Uighur has been much worse compare to Han. For Uighur the fight is about dead or live. For Han, is about scared or not, going back home or stay fighting for the ruling of others, occupying others properties or the 'fate' of their party. That is quite different!

There is a culturally relevant analogue for this kind of discussion: predominant Han views of the Uyghurs. I’ve been pursuing an academic interest of the Uyghur people for several years now, and that has lead me to discuss Uyghurs with a wide range of Han Chinese people - from shopowner to academic, in Xinjiang or in China proper, on topics such as traveling to interethnic relations. A vast majority of Han people I have spoken with on the topic consider Uyghurs to be exotic, lazy, dirty, and dangerous - in fact, most Han don’t tell me this opinion outright but rather obliquely express these sentiments by warning me, with entirely sincere intentions, that I should “watch it” when I’m in Xinjiang because Uyghurs are all of the above. Don’t take my word for it: if you’re an expat, go out and ask 10 of your Chinese friends what Uyghurs are like.
I’ve thought a while about this and I’ve come to the personal conclusion that this has nothing to do with Han people being inherently racist; rather, I believe racisim among Hans is the inevitable result of an education system with a political agenda. In Han schools, subjects such as education, the history of colonialism, politics, and modern Chinese history are all taught with an extremely strong “Social Darwinist - survival of the fittest” theme. The century of humiliation happened because we weren’t strong enough - we must develop (evolve) so it will never happen again - etc. There are alot of political incentives to teach in this manner - China “helps” the Uyghurs and Tibetans (by occupying their homelands) because they are too “underdeveloped (read: “less socially evolved”)” to help themselves. The CCP deserves to be the sole uncontested party ruling over China because it has the most advanced (read: evolved) thought and so duh, elections aren’t necessary. So the party reaps political advantages by educating the (mostly Han) youth of China in this manner. A byproduct of it is racism, including an obvious racism towards blacks in Africa because most Han will rationally and scientifically explain the backwardness in Africa as a result of African people being “less developed.” To me, that’s why, what, only 1 in 50 commenters even noticed how racist the graphic was. To everyone else, the Africa graphic just made sense.

You are right. They also consider people with more body hair is less 'evolved', because that is more closed to animal. Han people who don't have much body hair, so is most 'evolved' human being. They don't consider that they are lack of 'man' hormons secreation because of their genetic.
Their education of racism started from old time. They tought people that their king is 'son of the God', their kingdom is the center of the world. All the surronding and rest of the world is barbarer (hairy) or 'less evolved'. They even wrote a fake peom in their middle school history text book describing that in the ancient time, one Uighur claimed in a peom that 'Han people is our teacher from the ancient time'. The old Chinese hero YUE FEI wrote a song named MAN JIANG HONG, is very popular song for recent 50 years, that was also in their history and Han literature text books, which singing that 'Drink the Huns blood when thirsty, eat the Turks meat when hungry'. For sure, ' drinking their blood and eating their meat,' has been taught to their kids as heroism until now.

Let me see.
The Chinese took over Tibet and oppressed the Tibetans, steal their lands and look down on them is one of the most racist thing that they ever did. In fact no other race have ever done something this racist before.
They also took over Hong Kong, Taiwan, Inner Mongolia and pretty much Africa and they think it is their rightful choice to take over these countries because as long as they are Chinese, then they can never be a racist.
Just look how they even kill any other Chinese who support Japanese products, they look down on Vietnamese and often frame them to make them look bad, they also exploited the black community.BTW, do not buy Chinese products
The Chinese are really smart, if they want to kill you then they will make sure that no one will see it. Instead of showing off their racist side they will pretend to be acceptance so they can accuses the White for being racist against them. Following this strategy they can have mass immigrants to take over the Western countries and eventually the whole world.
Everyone need to do researches on the Chinese people every once awhile, because these types of people will put their beneficial on the top priority.
Chinese people by nature are extremely racist and malicious but their intellectuals and experiences will help them to cover it and it will help them to make a lot of money. I’ve encounter a lot of racist Chinese in Australia and they always do it secretly like putting something disgusting onto the meal, spitting on it or making it disgusting when they are serving it to the customers they are racist against. Who knows? they would be extremely friendly and might as well take a big laugh because whose the one eating those filthy dishes and pay for it? well it’s a cheap meal.
