Turkology departments in Germany

Here is a list of Turkology departments at universities in Germany, and one in Austria. I could imagine that they are interested in you, your language skills, your cultural and historical knowledge, the present situation of Uyghurs in E-T etc. When teaching turkology they usually also teach about Uyghurs, and sometimes they teach (about) Uyghur language. Maybe they are interested in offering jobs to Uyghurs and/or in joint projects such as cultural and student exchanges, in lectures etc.
