We have received a donation of $300 in our bank account, and we want to take the first step of the translation project.

Please submit your resume/candidature if you have the following qualifications:

- excellent level of English
- understanding of Uyghur culture and history
- translating experience
- strong motivation to contribute to this project

We pay 8 US dollars per page, and we pay via Paypal.com ONLY.

some one who would translate our history for us is likely to do it out of passion and patriotism for our country and freedom, not for the financial gain of it and if it is a well translated book im sure people would pay him more through the profit if he/she were to ask for more money... if i had the skill and the level of expertise i would do it for free. this is y we can never come together because we always have someone to focus on the problem then the solution.

I don't think it's very nice to say to an organization/group that is trying to do good work (like translations of the Uyghurs' culture and history) that they're not offering enough money. If you don't think it's enough money, you don't have to respond. It's not necessary to insult them.
